The Legends are definitely the team to beat I believe in Northern Ky. Not sure what state they are going but it's prob going to be either d1 or D2. Who all will be on the Legends 8th grade team?

Are you serious with this post? You don't think that game was EVER in jeopardy of going NCC way? Retread what you just wrote. The Colts were up 34-13 in the 4h quarter. NCC missed 2 extra point and , they had a return kick called back in my math addition that counts for 9 possible points. There is no way the Colts never got rattled. They were a very good but they were also playing a very good team. Give these young men more credit then they played great just to stay around. Maybe it's just me but I will never understand the hate that people have for this school.

Unfair?? These boys go out and work their butts off night after night, to keep the tradition going at NCC. They don't have the best players in 2A walking in the doors, they develop their team so they can go out and compete wk after wk. Take a look at their schedule, they play a tough schedule so they can better prepare themselves for games like this. For anybody to write an article saying what was said is what's unfair!

I don't want to just assume but yes I believe so that's its complaints about NCC all the time. Those boys work just as hard as every team out here. They battle the first part of their season with all big schools. They gight through doubts, through injuries and anything else thrown their way. Stop complaining about them being a private school and just play the game. The best team will win the game Friday night.

I just have 1 question for anyone who wants to answer. Where would you prefer NCC to play football at? There is not a " private school " leagues so should they not be allowed to play because of that? I get so sick of hearing people complain about this yr after yr!

Sometimes I think people forget that these are still kids who are being talked about and believe it or not a lot of them read these posts. Congrats to CCH on a great season and good luck to Highlands the rest of the way.

I know for a fact that this is not true, but the game is done and over it was classless of Dixie's coach and that's just what it is. This is a very inaccurate statement and since you're son was playing you should know this. #34 Washington scored on NCC JV team after the ref had announced that there was 4 min left in the game and had a very memorable endzone celebration. The ball was handed to Washington by none other than Moore. Please do not sugar coat what Dixie's coach decided was good sportsmanship. Good luck to Dixie in the rest of there season.

Agree blueandgold. And btw this hit happened in the first half of the game, therefore the score wasn't that bad. But come on uk#1fan give the young man some credit. Yes, we all see the score and maybe it could have been worse but it wasn't. They haled a very good 6A football program to 30pts. They have some thkngs they need to work on but they will be just fine. Congrats to SK on their win last night and now its time for NCC to focus on Dixie.
