OK......way too much discussion about games and the players and not enough about the parents. Being an old baseball guy, I firmly believe in sports superstitions. So what are you and your fans doing to maintain the "edge" for your team during the post season? I am wearing the same T shirt.....without washing it.....apologies to those down wind of me.... Meeting at the same place prior....... What are (or have) you been doing? ...what have you done in the past?

Park at Garzelle's and have a pre game drink of your choice and some good pizza/grinder to "fuel " up for the walk.

The real question.......would Yellow have stayed for game 2 if the Dixie concessions had not been serving the deep fried oreos? Man they smelled awesome..... :thumb:

Probably more concerned that the foul wasn't called.........concerned most of the game, actually......... Not sure if CR was watching the same game.....sometimes 2 yards in front of him.....

Will this affect the ability to host games? For teams that have fields without clocks, are they eliminated ? If there is no official clock, you can't play.....right? I'm opening up a stand alone clock/scoreboard company.

It may have looked like CCH man marked ASnow, but actually they didn't . Most of time, he was the only man up top, so CCH was able to guard him with their normal defense. Since he was in the middle most of the time, Darpel as in his hip pocket.... Snow is the real deal.....quality, talented kid that doesn't talk or take cheap shots.....he just plays very good soccer........asking anyone to go 4 against 1 all night is a big thing to ask....

Also.......Talkers played center mid ....he had Cooney and Matko at striker.....

There has been some cash made over the years selling passes to the "tunnel to NDA" to incoming Freshman, but the tunnel has been closed for years...

My understanding is that this is just during the regular season. It cannot be done in post season.....regionals, at least.

Justsayin......I did read too much into the other post........apologies to the Mustang Nation...... ....and rarely do I "spew" .....except for 2 Saturdays ago when I undercooked the ribs........most effective diet I have been on in a while......

We had those same refs also......I find it ironic that BB complains about field conditions...

Good luck to Brossart next year, but CCH at Soccerama played a split squad and at no time were even half of the starters on the field together......so Soccerama isn't a good judge. I'm sure Brossart played different formations as well

Agree...but these are the same coaches that are voting for the Coaches' poll.....right? So if only 2-5 coaches vote about an entire team, how do they become experts in naming individuals?

I know this was done in the past, but I can't find it . With some careers coming to an end, I thought I would throw it back out to celebrate the seniors....... I remember : Morgan - Marshal but that is all I remember.........old age. Would love to hear of any "Louisville recruiting stories"

Heard it was Co - OPOY this year........me and Yellow Card......for our combined assist totals for driving kids to games...........Card you can have the trophy and I'll take the cash reward.

I have no details.......In Maher rankings of Region 10, BB is number 2 and Bourbon number 5. Any details.

I would say nerves at first, but then finishing......I didn't count, but I would say that CCH had 10 corners is a low number.

Dixie returns to the home pitch to play the Raiders at 8 pm (or after the CCH/Cooper game ends) Thoughts....

At Dixie Thursday at 6....... 4-0 CCH during the regular season but ASnow was a warrior this game but played only about 70% healthy. Regionals are a different season.... Thoughts......

The HHS keeper during the game was aggressive and confident. Made some nice plays. The HHS keeper during the pks seemed to be quicker, with longer arms and more athletic. He guessed correctly on every attempt and did get a piece of one....hard to say, but not sure any keeper at this level gets to the shots. Similar to the first HHS shot......upper v with pace.

However.......On the website it boasts an 80+% success rate.... For Regions 9 and 10........50% (Cooper, Dixie, Bourbon would not have been picked.)
