I teach my kids to protect themselves and push back where needed, but I would NEVER teach them to hurt someone...regardless how bad it got. No room for that anywhere in sports...EVER! Pull them off the floor if you're going to result to that. Makes you and the entire program no better than the one that did it. Life lessons is to be the bigger and better person. Don't let outside influences that you can't control influence you. Maintain self control.

Kinda sad seeing this group come to an end. I remember them playing AAU together in the 7th grade and couldn't believe the majority were all from the same school district! Have to admit I'm kinda rooting for these girls...just because of their career up and downs. More ups...but a lot of pressure was placed on this group and I'd like to see them go out with a bang. Nothing against CC, GRC or Scott. Like all those teams too. Would just kinda feel bad to see this groups season end early.

You're right! They are the bomb! But I'm not sure I'd say "always" though. Really depends on what your talking about and what's important to that particular person.

I said in another thread tonight they are the best team up here. They should WALK through the 8th. But then we'll see what they are made of when it's crunch time and teams know what you have and are making game plans to stop you. And that's not a knock. I hope they make a run! And I really think they can! I love to see the local kids do well...even if a fan or two is constantly trying to ruin it for the majority! LOL!
