  1. I didn't say being All Region puts you above some time on the pine. I simply said it doesn't happen all the time in Win or go home games. You seem to think it happens all the time I'm open to be proven wrong give me some examples.
  2. No disrespect but Coaches do not do it all the time in Win or go home district games.
  3. I see what your saying. The language is just odd because it just doesn't seem like you can be in a "stance" without both feet down. Thanks for the explanation!!!
  4. Just a question to make sure I understand this one for future use. I'm not questioning you at all I would just like to get your interpretation. If your "stance must be approximately shoulder width apart". How do achieve that without both feet planted on the ground?
  5. Your comment is spot on. If Paige and Madi are reading this they are getting a good laugh out of it.
  6. Thanks for pointing this out Madi has really improved her game and is a class act. Lot of great kids on both these teams.
  7. Great game to watch. I thought Gallatin did a very good job of making Walton play the way they wanted them to for most of the game. This one could have easily gone either way. There was a ton of talent on the floor last night and made for some great basketball.
  8. The facts are the kid played in every freshmen game. She has all the business playing in a freshmen tournament. She has played all year in Freshmen games and will only be a Freshmen once so she deserves the chance to play with her fellow Freshmen. She could of just as easily been hurt in practice. What are you going to do not practice because as a coach your afraid of injury. It could be said most coaches would not take the opportunity away from this player who only has this chance ONCE just because they are afraid of a injury. Sometimes is about the kid.
  9. It was until you tried to go down this road that you know nothing about. You are the one that brought it up and again I would drop it. You have no idea what your talking about.
  10. Wow!! Great accomplishment for anybody but tremendous accomplishment for a Sophomore. Great Kid!! Great Player!! Hannah is going to pass a lot of milestones by the end of her career!! Congrats Hannah!!!! PS. 20 wins is Awesome I've have been singing the praises of this team for a while now and they just keep proving they are going to be a big factor come tournament time.
  11. Really?? you should just stop!!! You have no idea what all has transpired in this young ladies life and the circumstances that have led her to NCC. I don't care where she plays basketball but I do care about you and BlueKrush trying to call her out when you have no idea what your talking about. If you really understood the situation you would truly be embarrassed by your comments.
  12. No chance of me calling out who I would start her in front of but IMO she is a clear cut starter for that team.
  13. I totally agree Bosse was terrific last night thanks for the info on Seibert I thought surely she was hurt. That kid should be a clear cut starter on that team.
  14. Great game!!! Both teams played hard for 4 quarters. I thought the Owings / Ware match up was terrific to watch. Bosse and Kiernan both showed up big. SK earned this win for sure. I'm pretty familiar with both teams and was confused by NCC not playing Seibert a lot more. I have no dog in the fight but she didn't play much at all and I thought she could of helped NCC. Maybe she is hurt but I was just surprised to see a player of her caliber on the bench in a big game like this.
  15. I got to see this team play for the first time this year the other night and was very impressed. Bailey Cummins was impressive as always but was impressed with the team as a whole.
  16. I respect that and that's what I would expect for you. My work here is done!!!!
  17. I thought some schools particularly some All A schools were dominate all the time?? Which is it??? Here's the Bottom Line Case Closed!! Whether you like the system or not if your daughter were in the finals of the All A you would be in the front row with a smile on your face!!!
  18. I understand what your saying and agree that by no means if your daughter and her team fail to make it to state they are a failure. That being said don't try to discount what some of these teams have accomplished by getting to and some of them Winning the All A Championship. NO ONE handed them a trophy they worked for it. As far as playing AAU and getting better that's exactly what NCC players do and that's why they will compete for not only the All A Championship but will be a factor in their region as well. 5 of the NCC players play for the same AAU club and play all summer. They earn what they get.

  20. Right on Madman. The All A Classic has nothing to do with the KHSAA so there is no reason there couldn't be a All AA (etc) Classic. I just takes less complaining and more action.
  21. This was a gutsy win for the Lady Wildcats against a solid Danville team. Danville kept swinging but Gallatin kept answering the bell. As I said earlier in the year Gallatin continues to impress me as they season goes. I think their talent level is much better than some thought at the beginning of the season. Get after Em the rest of the way!!
  22. Wow!! That's a freshman dominated team showing up against a fairly experienced Grant County team. Nice Win!! Congrats to the Lady Demons
