The official scorer shall charge a pitcher with a wild pitch when a legally delivered ball touches the ground or home plate before reaching the catcher and is not handled by the catcher, thereby permitting a runner or runners to advance. When the third strike is a wild pitch, permitting the batter to reach first base, the official scorer shall score a strikeout and a wild pitch. (b) The official scorer shall charge a catcher with a passed ball when the catcher fails to hold or to control a legally pitched ball that should have been held or controlled with ordinary effort, thereby permitting a runner or runners to advance. Boone really needs to shake things up. Maybe time to see some of those youngsters sitting on the bench, chomping at the bit, to have a chance. Yes, they will make some mistakes but give them a chance. It might stoke a fire !

Jackson Laumann goes 6 and Doug Teegarden closes the door in the 7th. Timely hitting and solid defense was the name of the game tonight. Teegarden was 3 for 3 with 3 RBI's. Nice game Rebels !!

Curious as to who threw today. Don't believe I see their names on your roster with the exception of Davis.

Both played Colonels last year as 15's. I believe both are in the Midland program now as 16's. Some talented 15's playing on the Colonels 16 team this year as well.

Indeed ! Surprised those kids aren't playing U-17 or above !

It will be fun to watch this team through this summer. I believe it has some of the best young talent in NKY.
