I am not from the area and have no connections....but the "wow" made my first thought they "traded" coaches?

I cant remember for sure 100%, but I don't think he left on the best of terms when they hired Siegel? I watched some games at the Fairgrounds this weekend and heard what could very well be a rumor that Dave Martin from North Bullitt might be interested.

Seemingly a job that could be high in potential? Candidates?

Probably like everyone else.....got tired of all the extra "stuff" coaches have to deal with......probably said "I need to spend more time with my family" like 90% of the other coaches that resign do......and will be coaching somewhere else within the month.......ha!!!

If you run a structured program and hold kids accountable, people aren’t going to like you as a coach. Just the way it is these days!

Coach Crowe is taking the Football head coaching job at Doss, so they are looking for a new girl's basketball coach.

quiet as a mouse.....so far.

I wonder if SCHS has their own rule where they have to post jobs every year? Coach's contracts have to be renewed every year but usually it is done behind the scenes if the coach is staying on without posting it. As mentioned SCHS has a ton of jobs posted which leads me to believe that not all coaches were let go or resigning?

I just don't see them being effective pressing Manual who has 2 guards that are individual press breakers. Manual has 2 big athletic posts that can score around the basket. One of the posts can shoot with pretty good range as well. Manual handled a very talented, athletic Scott County team with ease and I would guess they will do the same with Boyd. If they do not, I will come back on to eat crow!......ha!!!

My question would be how do they guard Manual? Manual is athletic enough to guard them man to man and they may not get those shots off like they did yesterday?

Rumors and networking usually start around State Tourney time?
