When, where, what time?

Listened on the radio and neither team had scored with over 4 minutes off the clock, then West went over 6 minutes of play without a basket (last 2 minutes of 3rd quarter and first 4 minutes of 4th). Announcer said it "looked like a first of December game" rather than a "middle of February" game. :idunno:
