What's your thoughts?

South is the better team and has the better coaching but I'm going with Clay in the mild upset.

Clay wins this one by 8.

I think Clay has better talent other than the big kid from South, but I think South will pull this one out in the end.

Im going with South in this one due to more experience in the post season and big games. Im also going to go out on a limb and say the winner of this game goes to Rupp. Just my opinion.

South is 21 and 8 Clay is 19 and 12. South beat Clay 58 to 54 at Clay during the regular season. Pretty even matchup, should be one of the best games in the region. Denny's notebook may be the difference. South 60 Clay 53.

I think South will pull this one out. It is definitely the best match up of the first round in the 13th region. South has more talent and is definitely the more experienced team.

South by 4.

Very hard to pick against the Cards this time of year...Even for a Redhound.

I am gonna take Coach Wright and the Cards by 7

South Laurel 61-56.

Clay Co. - 55 , South - 49

Cardinals win this one. They have proven themselves over the past few years in the regional tournament. I would also think that which ever team wins this game will be the tournament favorite if both Knox Central and Corbin make it to the semifinals in the other bracket as most are predicting.

Clay will need to make a few outside shots in this one. I can not see them getting many good looks around the rim, unless of course, fouls are called on the South Big Man. Should be a good game and end in an exciting fashion.

I think SL pulls this one out.
