I just left the Mason Cty/Deming Game. I just want to give recognition to Kelsey on being so fundamentally sound. I enjoyed watching such a good ball player who can make the right plays at the right time. I hope you continue at the next level because your intensity is impressive. Good Luck..

Not a student from NCC to be found???? I totally agree. The support definitely lacked from the students. Was there transportation (school bus) offered by school? My daughter went to support NCC and doesn't even go to that school. Congratulations lady breds on a great season so far.

Newcath gave Boone a close game, but there is Notre Dame,Ryle, and ?Conner. Region 9 is wide open.

Anything can happen on any given night. That is great for Brossart but I still feel NCC is the better team. How does Brossart lose to Pendleton and beat NCC. Crazy.

Can someone please post box scores? I couldn't find anything on this game in the The Post or NKY.com NCC had 19 turnovers. Thats unheard of for ncc. I am sure Coach Dawn will have them prepared for the All A Congrats to the Lady Stangs and Good Luck down all A. Good Luck Lady Breds. This loss can only make you stronger going into the all A. Big Green Horse- don't be so caught up on rankings,etc. Look at the mighty cincy bearcats, Mick Cronin is glad they are the under dogs and not ranked. Just go with it and enjoy.

Yes it is a big rival but I have to go with NewCath by 15. Coach Dawn imo will have a game plan for brossart, even on their own turf. I think it will be a sweep with all three teams. Should be a good game..

Technical on floor. 2nd on Coach Richey. 3rd on bench(I think it was on the highlands freshman coach). I thought Highlands was a very disciplined team.

WOW. this is highschool girls basketball. Why are parents yelling comments about opposing coaches?? There is some serious frustration if your behaving this way at a highschool game. Funny part, most these kids don't give a second thought about a bad call or whatever the case maybe once they walk off the court. People, seriously need a reality check.

It doesnt look like excitement just frustration. There is no rhyme or reason to this nonsense. Why would you hire a coach with one year experience for a program like Mason County. The girls have quit playing for this coach. She has lost this team. IMO Coach Butler is doing a wonderful job with JV. record shows. You have to put the girls in their right positions where they can develop.This hasn't happened!!!!! I must be really excited?

This team 3,4,5 positions are Green,Hamm,Bierly,Allen,Simms.Your 1,2 are Moran,Butler,Stutler,and Henry. They need to stick the girls in these positions at all times. There is no consistency. I never see any picks, no one cuts. I admire coaches and the time they dedicate but there is serious disconnection with these girls. Don't force positions on these girls they don't feel comfortable because it shows. There is too much talent to have this losing record.

This was very hard to watch. IMO Mason County needs some system. Girls in wrong positions. Why would your two biggest girls bring the ball up at times.This has been going on all season. No plays are ran. No direction.:confused:

I agree great win. We still have some tough teams in the next few weeks and we have to protect the ball better. Having +25 turnovers again in not acceptable on any night. Sorry, that is not an impressive performance.

I think giving some of the JV players varsity minutes while some of the regular starters were out was a good experience for these girls. Even though we havent been winning, I think some of these girls did quite well. I know with new coach and a couple new transfers play is a factor in this but I feel once chemistry is established this can be a nice team.

I got there after half time and what I saw looked so unorganized. If their point guard is out for now then they need to come up with plan B. I saw at least 4 different players bring the ball up. I just hope they figure it out.
