I kinda expected someone to post something before now. But I'm not going to predict anything, because we know what happens when I do. I'm just going to say that I think Harlan is the better team and has the talent and ability to win. GO DRAGONS...:thumb:

I haven't posted anything in 2 weeks and Harlan has won both games, so I was a little affraid to post this comment. I've seen 2 Harlan teams this year. I've seen the Harlan team that played corbin very tough and beat Williamsburg,Lee Co. and Knott Central and played very well on both sides of the ball. then there is the team that went to Allen Central and Lynn Camp not ready to play and gave the ballgame away.IMO. Hazard has a very good defense and some speed on offense, but if Harlan shows up ready to play and doesn't get caught up in the hype of the game, it will be a very good night for the Dragons. Hopefully some rain to help neutralize the speed of Hazard ( 70% chance), I think Harlan will win in a very tough and low scoring game. 14-12

I agree, the Bears defense is playing very well.:thumb: The bears in a very tough one 22-21.

What I don't understand is where this team's heart and will to win went. I was proud of the 3-8 team of last year, because no matter what the score or who they played, they played their hearts out every down of the ballgame like it was the last down of their life, but the last 2 games of this year (AC & LC ), just a hand full of players have played with any heart at all. I just have to tell this team & coaches, you can't win nice, you have to get mean and nasty ( its football ), you can't forget about these games you are losing, you have to look back and learn from the mistakes that was made, so they won't be made again.

Harlan lost a very tough game friday at Allen Central. Harlan didn't play with the heart that I am used to seeing out of this team, Harlan's defense is alot better than they played friday against AC. If Harlan brings the heart that this team plays with it will be a win for the Dragons, and if they don't it will be another tough loss. I believe in this team and think Harlan wins this one in another tough game 28-21

I look for Harlan to have a much tougher game with Allen Central this time around, you can bet AC has been waiting on this one. Harlan better be ready for a fired up Allen Central team and a little home cooking on the side, but I expect the fire to burn out pretty quick. Harlan's defense is very good against the run and if the offense can do what they did last week against Williamsburg. A much tougher game but the same result, Harlan wins 35-21.

I think Harlan county shows up at game time instead of at the half and roll over Lee county 28-7

This is a tough game to call. Harlan lost to Corbin 42-16 because of Corbin's speed. Harlan controlled the line of scrimmage most of the time and put together some good drives and the defense played a good game but got tired chasing Corbin around. But still they played hard. Williamsburg lost a tough game against South Laurel 32-26. I haven't seen any stats but I would say that Williamsburg's speed and passing attack kept them in the game, that worries me about this week. I think Harlan will work hard on the pass defense this week and make some adjustments on both sides of the ball and be ready to play another tough game this week. I think Harlan will win a very close one 31-28.

I think it's going to be A pretty good game.I think Corbin's speed will be a problem for Harlan,If Harlan can keep Corbin's running game from getting outside it will A much better game but if they can't they're in trouble.Harlan's D-line and linebackers are better than people think.
