I was thinking the same thing the screen pass was an excellent call by the coach. As you could tell the Indians defense was caught off guard and then his breakaway speed did the rest.

Yes I agree, but if he was to get on a team where he could be used as a spot up shooter he could shine. If he got onto one of the better teams where he didn't have to create his own shot and could feed off others drives I think he could be very succesful.

Miles Simpson is the best running back I have seen this year in NKY, but this was the first time I have seen him. Also I haven't seen all the teams, but this kid has a very bright future.

Yes seeding would make way more sense, but you do with what you've got and I don't see them changing it any time soon.

They will have Snyder inside who is about 6'3 and lanky. Very active player and scrappy but IMO I don't see him as much of a scoring presense(sp.)

Well don't the teams in the district vote on how they want it: either blind or seeded. With St. Henry in there now will that change it at all?

Don't be surprised if NCC and HC have a rematch in the regional final. HC would be a tough out for NCC.

Exactly! As I said earlier if Giwa can gain some confidence in the players around him and not try to do it all himself this team could be very succesful. Also as I said from what I have seen from summer ball it looks as if he is already starting to gain that confidence.:thumb:

Alright I agree that you can't put all your stock into common opponents and I wasn't trying to say that I was just saying that it does matter to a degree. I agree with you that all games are different with the different opponents and that's why there are so many upsets. Also my fault I thought you had said that SK would blow HC out, but you didn't obviously. Overall I think these teams match up pretty well...Great running backs, virtually no passing game, and pretty good defenses. It will be interesting as this game virtually means nothing as far as playoffs.

How is it worthless? It shows how each team played against and compared to the other team. If anything I think it shows that this game shouldn't be a blowout like many are predicting when HC has played the bigger teams tough with the exception of Holmes.

I know.. I'd rather see Cobb at slot than at QB but if the Cats want any chance at a bowl, Cobb has to be the man. He is a playmaker, period. Newton can't get here fast enough.
