16th Region Outlook 09-10
Seems funny not putting Elliott at the top since we've become so accustomed to it. How do you see the 16th shaking out? I'll start by saying 1. East Carter 2. Rose Hill 3. Fairview 4. Ashland 5-15. Cointoss 16. Boyd

Elliott County 2009/2010
Good! The regional representative would appreciate your support at Rupp just like the rest of us went to support Elliott the past few seasons.:thumb:

Who will be the next head coach at Fleming County?
I agree on both counts. Why wouldn't he want to leave? Let's see, around the community the AD is thought of as a clown, the local sporting mafia continues to infuse their political spin into the decisions made both on and off the floor, the radio guy calls you and your team the most embarassing bunch he's seen. Should I go on? Please Buddy, get out of town before you have to endure one more second of the greatest basketball tradition in the state.:puke:

Is Jim Hicks going to Fleming?
He's very impressive. He has to be in terrific cardiovascular shape to flail around like he just sat on a hill of fireants each and every trip down the floor. Dude's certainly impressive in that manner.:taz:

Early Tomcats?

Is Jim Hicks going to Fleming?
The grass in Bath is graduating.

Coaches Retiring, Leaving, Fired, Etc.
Did my "this is just a guess" disclaimer get past you somehow? I am speculating, which is what this thread is about if I'm not mistaken.

Coaches Retiring, Leaving, Fired, Etc.
My guess, and it is simply that-just a guess, is that Hicks will depart to Fleming if he has the opportunity. The cupboard is dryer at Bath after graduation than at Fleming. If that happens, I wonder if the Bath faithful will be as seemingly thankful that they had Jim Bob as they made out all season?

16th Region Game 4: Elliott County vs Russell
I'd be willing to flip a coin that you're right!

Top clutch-player in the state
Look, I'm sure he's a fine player. But clutch???? If nothing else, his clutch went out this season, sadly. He plays a full season and you have an argument. You can stay on your soapbox for the kid. There are others this season more deserving, however I suppose you may have a difficult time acknowledging someone else. You seem to have trouble looking past your pick.

Couldn't get anyone to give up the answer you were fishing for so you gave it up yourself. Classic!!!

First, why don't you simply forward those stacks of PM's to me so I can substantiate your claim that others saw what you saw? That'd squash this squabble. Second, I have a long memory, and your tune has surely changed about JV considering this reply I seemed to be able to retrieve from the first meeting: TruBlu JV Player Join Date: Jan 2009 Posts: 93 Quote: Originally Posted by jlaw Thanks for your support. You said last week it happened in both, now just the JV game. Which is it? You got beat by double digits in the JV game, I believe we have a distinct case of sour grapes.

Russell 66 Greenup County 64 (OT)
Aw, sour milk face! Those mean old officials! Perhaps the fact that Greenup never pounded inside against a smaller opponent, or perhaps the fact that Greenup settled all night for 6'4" kids shooting 20 footers, or perhaps Coach Kidwell was better prepared and Russell never was scored on by an inbounds play. As for the officials, I did enjoy Scooter Charles "scooting" along the floor when he wiped out. Teenager behind me said "Uncle Fester flopped":jump: Classic!
