NKY has 3 regions so that certainly increases the chances that ONE of them will get to the Final 4. I'm not using state tourney results when I give my thoughts. When I get THAT type of response/service I always , like you, respond politely yet directly that they need to reconsider their stance. When they do not I let someone know, again without losing my temper, and give them a chance to respond appropriately. If they do we're good. I'll be back. If they do not, like Applebees in Crestview Hills, I never return.
