Mariners Jarrod Dyson broke up Verlander's perfect game in the 7th with a drag bunt. Score was 4-0 at the time. Many were unhappy with his gross violation of the famous unwritten rules. Anyone bothered by the bunt?

I'm sure they have a limit on number of pitches per week. All I read was the kid pitched a lot. A lot can still be legal. Call me skeptical that a coach would pitch a kid illegally in a league where he has to report the number of pitches. Too many eyeballs to turn him in.

I don't see where the other team is cheating. Is he throwing more than 75 pitches in a game?

Magician with the calculator ? No clue how that could possibly happen.

Well, there is video. The victim did tell the officer that he was carrying. Officer said that's fine but do not reach. Said it a couple of times. Victim kept reaching. Note: Graphic language Dashcam video: Before seven shots, Yanez to Castile: 'Don't pull it out!' - StarTribune.com

But you said a balanced budget is important. I pointed out it has zero chance of working. You then say you don't care. So which is it? You want an actual one or not? -

You said the POTUS put up a balanced budget proposal. I'm saying it's 100% fantasy filled with false assumptions and no history to support the cuts. -

Gilbert did not consult/clue in LBJ on the move. LBJ is a fan of the now-departed GM. -

What do we do about the other Americans that are reportedly being held? If we do any strikes those three are likely to be killed(if they haven't already). As cold as this sounds Otto took a chance and lost. He made a very poor decision. He knew or should have known the risk he was taking to go to a country led by an unstable person. I hope others learn from his mistake. But I'm not sending those others to battle. Air strikes that have little chance of injury of loss of like? OK. Anything more than that? I'd vote no.

Very good but not as good as Parrish. I think Parrish has the record for punts returned for a TD and was a great kick returner as well. This was a miss by the Bengals. -
I'm not sending men and women in harm's way over this. The kid went voluntarily to a country that was dangerous. Sadly, he paid the ultimate price. The State Department has said they cannot guarantee safe returns for Americans and try to discourage them from going. Had he gone over there in an official capacity and they did this then I'd be open to the discussion. There may not be a good response. I'd think putting pressure on China may help but I doubt we'll do that. No good answer but putting lives at risk in a country that has nuclear weapons over a poor decision by a kid isn't worth it to me.
