    Good article in the Murray Ledger Times under "what if game" in their sports section. Also I do agree that the fact the coach should understand the rules, but no way should the coach be punished or fired. There would be no coaches left if they were all fired for breaking rules. As the report says it should be called every time, and correctly administered every time. I would be interested in seeing other games this crew has worked. Still hard to believe all 5 didn't know how to administer the penalty.

    Good report. I agree with you in that Henderson County should get the nod. It only got harder for Hopkinsville when for the first time that I can remember; the second region tournament will not be played in Madisonville or Hopkinsville. Lyon County did get an impressive win over Union County. My question is why isn't Lyon County and Caldwell County playing each other this year?

    So did the KHSAA wait until the championship games were played to announce this? It appears to be something that would not take long to figure out they got it wrong. Did this crew work a championship game? I agree with the post that states it is sad that not one official in that crew knew how to properly administer the penalty.

    Low scoring first half. Christian lead 29-25. First time since 2005 that the Storm have defeated Christian County.

    And for the first time that I can remember; the regional tournament will be played in a gym other than at Hopkinsville or Madisonville. Not for sure if it was a wise idea to let Union County be the host this year. I guess the powers to be decided to make it as hard on Hopkinsville as possible with travel. And to give Henderson their best shot without it being in Henderson. I think Henderson does win it this year; but it won't be easy.

    I really hated to see him get hurt because this was a very good football game even after he got hurt. The wheels did fall off when Cain started cramping up. Big Mo swung right after that.

    Its a MacDon sighting!! How have you been? Yes the Storm need to get better; but I think with the financial issues approaching school systems across the state that this needs to be changed. You might be able to find out and I can probably find out just how much money was made friday night? Or should we say lost friday night?

    Well I personally cant wait to hear what the "loser" of the Mayfield - Caldwell game has to say. It should be interesting. These two teams have high expectations and should very well finish their season in Bowling Green. Anything less than that would be a disappointing season? As far as Madisonville goes they have team speed, good line, and good special team play. But their playoff road most likely goes thru Owensboro which has good team speed, a good line, and good special team play. Guess that explains why their first meeting was such a close ballgame. Broadcaster is a well respected person in Madisonville and his knowledge of Maroon Sports cannot be touched by anyone else. If there is anyone out there who wants to see them in Bowling Green; its him.
