Surprised none of the Dayton fans have been here yet. Eastin is a great scorer and they have young talent. I think this will be a good year for Dayton but a very unpredictable with all the youth.

To much is made out of JV basketball. Remember Holmes had 3 sophomores who were strickly varsity last season. (Pittman and the Johnson twins)

I'm not exactly sure a supporting cast is all that important. A player who can make the whole team better is what a POY or MVP is. Corey Pelle didn't have a great supporting cast and he still put up incredible numbers across the board. In some ways, a supporting cast can hurt you more than help you.

I was responding to the post about coach doing what they did with Corey last season, this year they will run more motion sets I believe.

Would Beuttel fall under this category? He's had some recognition, but some still might not know about him. Very good PG for the Tigers. Has range and has height on most other PGs.
