The 16th Region in Morehead is great, but I agree, rotating the Regional Tournament would provide a phenomenal atmosphere. Although the only gymnasiums that could hold the tournament would be Greenup Co. and Boyd Co. This could never happen due to the unfairness, but would provide a tremendous high school atmosphere.

Elliott vs. East 4th matchup of the year... barnburner. Wouldn't miss this game for the world.

Some referees are biased towards certain teams in their region. We all know how refs can control a game, so wouldn't you want the team that goes to state, to be the team that won by their playing or by the officiating?

East played extremely well. They hit a high percentage of their shots, unlike their opponent. Raceland is a good team and has nothing to be ashamed about, but tonight East Carter showed why their the 2nd best team in the region and why they will give Elliott a run for the their money on their way to Rupp.

This will be a really close game, but I think Baier will be the difference maker. Late free throws will seal the deal for East in the end. East Carter- 59 Raceland- 52

Or to just run up the score? Good excuse though. One game while their running up the score, the faulkners or Ferguson will get hurt. Elliott by 25+ Coach Sutton will keep it close in the first half.

Bonner from Ashland could matchup well and play a physical game with Euton on the blocks. Barnhill and Sagraves from East Carter could contain Euton to a certain degree. Barnhill could matchup height-wise and Sagraves, although undersized would surprise people how well he can guard taller post players just due to his strength. Petit from Rowan Co. is around 6'6". I'm not sure though how well he could stay with Euton out from the basket.

No way, especially on a bigger court in Morehead.

Maybe not making the All-Tournament Team could be motivation for Barnhill to produce come Wed. in the Regional Tournament. And the big turn-around in the game was when Baier and Jackson picked up their third fouls in the first two minutes of the second half.
