As stated in another thread, I would like for this one to stick to these two teams. I think this will also be one a very good first round game. I just wanting everyones thoughts on what each team must do to come away with the victory.:thumb:

Tough to guess by looking at their records and results. 6 of one, half dozen of another. Good luck to both teams. Should be a close game either way.

I like East Carter in this game. I think both teams have probably 8 players or so who are good athletes and can give the coaches good minutes. This game might just come down to who has the ball at the end of the game. I think both teams do so many things well that it will be hard to pinpoint an advantage for either team. Why I picked East? Just for the fact that I think they are slightly better 1-5.

I'm going to have to go with East on this one, I agree that with diaper dandy that East might have the better 1-5. I believe it is going to depend on how East plays defense and how many touches there big man gets (Barnhill)

Kind of like what Raceland did to East earlier in the season, Rams are playing very well also. I dare say East is a little wore down from their match with Elliot last week.

I believe this one will be a close game but I'm gonna say East by 7 with late free throws helping them.

I think its going to be a good defensive game with Sparks being the difference maker inside. GO RAMS!

Without a doubt this will be the best first round game of the tournament. I do not think it will be a blow-out by either team. Both teams are well balanced on both ends of the floor. This game will probably have 10 or 11 lead changes before it's said and done. Going against most on the subject my final reads as follows:

I say East by 8. Raceland needs a big game from Boyles and Sparks needs to get Barnhill in foul trouble.
