HC came out flat. This team can do some good things this year, but they have to maintain a high level of intensity with the schedule they pay.

I in no way think thier top five. One player doesn't make a team.

It's for the best IMO.

This team is better than most think. There aren't many people that will gaurd Shina. They have outside shooting, and three post players that will hold thier own. Brian Volpenhein 6'3", Mike Sullivan 6'3", and Keith Egan 6'2". I don't see Beechwood beating this team.

So Scott went from spread, to pounding out the triple option?

I've never seen a Scott team run that type of offense. They have always ran a spread style offense.

Should be good.. I want to see what kind of team this new coach will put out there.

I wouldn't say dominating. Conner moved the ball effectively when MLB Brad Herald left the game. Conner's D didn't have an answer for HC. They didn't punt once if I recall.

Pretty solid for being the first scrimmage.

James Miller. I thought he was on some sort of schoalrship. And any new on Plamer at UK? Who is the QB this year for the Dog's?

The QB/HB situation is not as big of a problem as expected at Holy Cross.

Why? They have 20+ seniors which most saw alot of varsity time, and a strong if not stronger junior class. Maybe sounds to me like someone is a little bitter from last year?

He did play. For a knothole team, but not sure who it was.

Talk about two power houses. Should be interesting to watch this year.

The Pugh kid from Conner I've heard that he was a beast at football and baseball.

HC should have a solid rotation. Roenker obviously, Stewart, Egan- throws hard, Tyler Kincaid- will log solid innings, and Paul Ritter- who threw well over the summer.

Any word on Jones' status? Staying or leaving?
