  1. Porn star with the same first name as me...another porn star with the same last name as me
  2. This is one of the reasons that I invite Tim Tebow, Vince Young or any name veteran interested in a return to the league. This event becomes infinitely more interesting with those players participating, including Sam.
  3. There is plenty of tape in Adam Carriker and Felix Jones- I have a pretty good idea of what they can do on Sundays. By this logic, why have any guys that have played in the league before invited to this event?
  4. I'm not sure if this was meant as a shot at those guys or not, but I think the comment is incorrect. The idea is to showcase your talent to get a shot, but there are guys on this list (Mike Golic Jr. comes to mind) that have never played in the league and weren't drafted by teams- why would I think they are likely to get a shot? By your logic, if they were going to get a shot then they would be signed already so why even have this event?
  5. List of participants: http://www.azcentral.com/story/sports/nfl/2015/03/11/nfl-veterans-combine-participants-list-march-22-arizona/70158648/?hootPostID=8e56a5d176ed1233caa9dc08d63426f8
  6. The NFL will conduct its inaugural NFL Veteran Combine on March 22 at the Arizona Cardinals Practice Facility in Tempe, Arizona. Players will be tested and evaluated by experienced NFL scouting personnel. Measurements, combine results, and videos of the workouts will be compiled and shared electronically with all 32 NFL clubs.

  8. I'd be surprised. He did get dinged in China, as well. Philly would be the only team that might think of him at 1, but if they got the first pick then I bet they would trade down, but still in the top 4, with a team that wanted a big and then take either Russell or Mudiay based on who fell to them.
  9. This event was one of the reasons why I think that Johnson, at worst, will get a fine. Report: Adrian Peterson told Jerry Jones he wants to play for Cowboys | For The Win No tampering charges for Dallas Cowboys over Adrian Peterson phone call - ESPN Dallas Not quite apples to apples, but if this received no penalty then Woody Johnson will get fined at worst, IMO.
  10. The owner will get fined, but that is all that will come from this, IMO. The Pats had to decline Revis' option before he could sign with another team. Revis signed a deal with the Jets that will pay him less next season than the Pats would have paid him if he got his option picked up. I can't see a case for tampering here at all.
  11. Normally, @theguru gets on here with his conspiracy theories and I chuckle at the audacity without acknowledging a possibility. I'm not saying that I 100% agree with Stephen A. I am not going to blatantly disregard it either. This comes to light and, all of a sudden, Frank Gore has doubts about signing with Philly? I don't know, but Stephen A. made me think a bit with his take.
  12. I'm taking Okafor, but I could have my mind changed.
  13. Okafor right now is better than Howard has ever been offensively, IMO.
  14. We'll likely never get 100% confirmation on this if Apple has a contract with Corning stating that neither company can confirm a Gorilla Glass inclusion. I still like my screen protector addition.
  15. This is what I have on my iPhone 6+. [video=youtube_share;A5KKmA206qc]
  16. List of devices with Gorilla Glass - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The iPhone is not included on this list.
  17. I have Gorrilla Glass on my 6+. As long as it is applied correctly so tha it doesn't come up prematurely, it is awesome! I have dropped my phone and had my keys in my pocket ith the phone. I have not had any scratches or cracks.
  18. All I can go on is watching both of them and I disagree with anyone that says KAT is laterally quicker or a better rebounder than Okafor.
  19. Okay, I could see him at 3rd, but he isn't any lower than that, IMO. I think his defense is the best in the country and he is the best individual defender, interior defender, help defender, athlete as a big, rebounder and shot blocker on this list. I value that a ton. What he lacks offensively he more than makes up for in defensive versatility. He can still get you points and although he is limited in the half court, he is probably the best of these bigs on the fast break because of his speed and athleticism.
  20. Okafor gets you over 9 boards a game right now- that has to be considered in his defensive prowess, IMO. KAT is a better shot blocker and individual defender, but I think Okafor is the better rebounder and is quicker laterally with the potential to be a superior team defender on weak side help rotations to Towns at the next level. Okafor's post game is superior to anything Towns bring offensively and is the best post game in college in a very long time, IMO. I look at it this way- WCS is the best post defender in college basketball, IMO. I think he could handle KAT everywhere. I think he will need help with Okafor.
  21. I can be talked into Towns over Okafor, but you would have to be really convincing. I admit that I think Okafor could be David Robinson good while I think KAT is closer to Al Jefferson if both fulfill their potential at the next level.
  22. Part of the debate should be a recognition that UK brings its most consistent, and likely its best, guard off the bench in Booker. UK started the season with Poythress in the top 5 and Lyles on the bench. Two of UK's 5 best players were , and still are in one case, on the bench. Okafor is the best player, IMO. Then, WCS, then Towns then Booker then Tyus Jones. Since I couldn't make this my starting five in the front court, I would play Lyles over Towns if I were taking my best five. My sixth man would be KAT, then Winslow, then Aaron Harrison and the three guards (Ulis, Andrew Harrison, Cook) would fight it out for minutes with Andrew's size and Cook's experience likely trumping Ulis' energy for me. If I wanted to two platoon, I might take Winslow as a starter because Lyles size and verisitility make him a better fit at PF with a second platoon. I think that Lyles is a better player than Winslow, at this point, though. So, after all of that reasoning, here is my two platoon: Blue: C- Okafor PF- WCS SF- Winslow SG- Booker PG- Jones White: C- KAT PF- Lyles SF- Aaron Harrison SG- Andrew Harrison PG- Cook The best players, in order, IMO, are: Okafor WCS KAT Booker Jones Lyles Winslow Aaron Harrison Quinn Cook Tyler Ulis Andrew Harrison Dakari Johnson Marcus Lee
  23. That is a great point about the jobs crested by shippers. That is one industry that is seeing an upward shift in adding jobs with the increased online sales traffic.
