What if the 61st played at the old field house at Morehead. The 62nd move to summit (Boyd Co.). The 63rd to Ashland and the 64th to Greenup Co. No one has the home court and the schools would make more money. Give a % to the host school and the four teams split the rest. I know the gang at Sandy Hook could fill one side of the gym at Summit!

In their top 3 would be more like it. This kid just plays at another level. Clemmons and Jackson were well worth the price of the ticket Friday night.

The principle told Coach Hampton he had the job before the committee ever met. The superintendent told the principle he couldn't hire him like that and it was off. As for Coach Sutton why would you try for a job that your principle has told you was already filled. Things will never change untill they start at the very top and clean house. Maybe then they can start from scratch.

If young Mr. Skaggs turns out anthing like his dad Russell better get ready to change all of their scoring records over the next few years. Dad rung it up at G.C. and at O.U.

Coach Fraley's comment in the game last night put Mr. hall in a very bad light and may cost them from having him on anymore of Rose Hills games. Coach Fraley to Coach Hicks during the game,"come on Jim you know I'm going to get all the calls when my roomie's calling." Everyone around the table and the bench heard this. Joking or not this puts Mr. hall in a bad situation. As for the Rose Hill stars getting roughed up. It's my understanding that the 9th region reffs will be calling the 16th region tourament. Get ready for a physical tourament. I'll agree great game by both teams and Blandon Clemons proved he is one of the best players in eastern KY.

This game will come down to who can control the other teams point guard and who can stay out of foul trouble. I'll take Bath Co. to win at home, and what does it matter if its 1 or 75 as long as your on the right side of the score.

The game is Friday 25th 7:45pm at Bath Co. High School. Bath seats about 2000-2500. Everyone should get a seat. The girls game is first at 6:00pm Menifee vs Elliott.

The finals are on Fri. the 25th. The boys play at 7:45 and the girls game will be first, I think at 6:00.

Hey Corleone, I remember a team in 84 that lost only one game in the 16th all year. Won districts easily. Got to the reagion and shot as cold as the weather is today and went home. Anything can happen on any given night. I know one thing for sure, if you want to see some great basketball and a very electric crowd. Be at Bath Co. High tomorrow night and no matter whom you pull for you'll get your moneys worth. GoRadio, thanks for covering the games. No Mr. Freeze he didn't cuss. He kicked a bleacher and upset one of Greenups fine attorney's ex wife. Which was worth the price of the ticket. You need to read CURTIS LOWE'S post before yours. They have it right on the money, and this didn't start last week. The Talking Heads at Greenup County had this in the works ever since he got booted at Rock Hill. He's made it clear that Greenup is his dream job. So you can say that coach Leach ended up being a chip in the "Good ol Boys" power game. They don't care who gets hurt or if they destroy someone's life as long as they get what they want in the end. Coach Hicks didn't have attorney's from all over the state calling wanting to take his case for nothing. Once it gets to court it's easy money. Greenup County tax payers money! Coach Leach needs to do like many others have done, get out and get on with his career whille he still has a peace of mind. Good luck to him where ever he goes.

To answer one of your posts on another thread earlier Mr. Freeze. Coach Hicks never cussed anyone, it wasn't allowed by coaches or players. See some people have class. Then you have those that want to have class but they keep losing the CL. The problems at Greenup County start at the very top. Untill the West end "Good ol boys" are all gone it will always be just like it is now, a mess. Who pays the price? The kids!

Bath ran the last 1:20 off the clock. Trusty for Bath sticks a put back as time ran out. Rough game, Rowan was in the bonus with 3:30 to go in the third. I thought they would have put a lot higher profile officials on this game. Maybe Rowan Co. coach was right, them and Bath are to far west to get any respect when it comes to getting the good officals. Hard played game by both teams. Big win for Bath, someone will have to deal with them come March.
