Expected a little better score in this one. The Muskies kinda left the 3-pt line open all night.

 

Congrats to Lewis.

Seems as if Greenup Co. still had more adversity to overcome. I thought Lewis Co. had the better team, but 22 points better was suprising. Greenup Co. has some good players but have had to overcome many problems this year. Lewis Co. shot the ball extremly well and caused some problems with their defense. Good district win for Lewis Co. Maybe Greenup Co. can keep this coach long enough to learn his style of play.

Just because a team wins by 22 doesn't mean they are 22 points better. I do believe come district time if these two teams draw each other i expect a dog fight.

Lewis Co. was 22 points better last night. Granted, anything can happen on any given day, I would expect a better ball game out of Greenup Co. come districts at Greenup Co.

Congrats to the Lions on a big district win, and their first win inside the region this year. If Lewis is hitting the three they can be a dangerous team, but unfortunatly they are very streaky shooters.

I didn't get to see the game, but listened on the radio. What is the style and what were they trying to do? It will be hard to find a good someone to take the job considering the history.

Hard to make any judgement on how well a GC Coach is doing in that quick of a timeframe, especially with shots that get taken at them at GC, but from what I hear all seems to be well FOR NOW.

Lewis seems to shoot a lot better when playing Greenup.

It makes me wonder why Sutton was chosen over Smith last year, but not this year.

Smith was listed as associate coach at the start of the season, don't know what it was last year. I do know Greenup County is lucky that both of these fine coaches stayed after not getting the job.
