Solid win for Camels. Weren't really too agressive on the offensive end, more of a defensive game like most this year. 119 given up in 4 games is pretty strong.

I enjoyed their chant last year when Brossart beat them in the crosstown. The whole side erupted and said "LETS PLAY FOOTBALL!!!!":lol::lol::lol:

I'm pretty sure they did. But i don't know who or how much of a role they played.

Because truthfully during the Rietz era they played no one unless it was a regional or district opponent that they had to play. You can go back ten years in any programand find that they played someone. I'm referring to this years lineup. They play alot of below average teams which will without a doubt produce an undeserving win-heavy record. Also i agree with an earlier post that the small local school ploy can no longer be used for Brossart. But all in all lets just agree to disagree and keep this thread alive.

The players don't exactly feel that same about that. And most of the fans i've spoken to talked Brossart up like they were getting a bye to the state championship.

John Michael Rietz is a solid player. You should keep an eye on him. Harrison Wins a close one by 5-10.

You obviously either don't fully understand the rivalry or you are a Brossart fan. A losing streak like that being broken brings out alot of emotion. Not to mention the trash that the Brossart fans/players talked after the game. Saying that we got lucky and it won't happen again. Most Brossart fans/players cant accept the fact that they got beaten by a better team, and that they aren't on top anymore. That usually breeds from having a weak schedule that makes you believe your better than you are.:argue:

21 point blowout that could have been worse. Albrecht missed most of the game due to a bloody nose but when he was in he was a dominating force. Nerl had stellar game putting up 18 points and around 8 blocks (seriously) one of which made Joe Webb cry. Nerl had a great defensive night all around with his 8 blocks and a few steals. Huge win for the camels, brossart never had a chance.:dancingpa

Way too much offense for the mustangs. Nerl is starting to find his place in the offense. Campbell wins easy 15+.:dancingpa

Nerl only put up 13. But he had an off shooting night. Also it looked as though the game plan all night was pound it inside to Petey, they completly abandoned the perimeter

Didn't see it but any opinion on Tyler Baker? He was a great player but has made some bad decisions in life. It's sad to see talent like that wasted because of poor decisions.

The Camels lost their top 2 pitchers (Hurd and Bray) and a great batter in Brandon Griffin to graduation. I hope they can find someone to fill these gaps.

It's pretty easy to have a good season at QB whe every team you play is playing the run to avoid Conner burning them for 200 yards per game. Also it was Conner that carried that team to 10-0.

I would have said that if he wasn't literally told that he wasn't a member of the team anymore, a.k.a. kicked off.:thumb:
