CCH's meeting on Jr. high football was on Monday May 19th at 7:00. Any reports on how this meeting went? How many players showed up? Who will be coaching this team?

They already do. New Cath has had a team in the Junior High League for a very long time. Guess you could call them a "club" team. My understanding they will be part of the league making liability a non issue. It's still great for the team and the sport. Giving more oppertunities to play football to young men is a great thing in today's world.

Beat Ludlow last year:dancingpa Anyway back on topic I do wish Randy well. It will be an uphill fight for him to produce a winning program at Cooper. The administration did him no favor by jumping right into varsity play. With the new round of realignment coming soon why not wait till then?

The complaint around Scott has always been the Head Coach doesn't know anything about football because everyone knows about all the great players just walking around the halls. Yet when these coaches move on they see success on other teams. Two former head coaches -Gray and McCarthy both went on to coach as assistance and helped CovCath win State titles. The latest former Scott head coach who did not know football is a new assistant coach at CovCath.
