That is off the wall. Thought one of the reasons he stopped coaching football was to much time involved, then he did golf -less time.

I think he's happy to be a "Colonel" now. He'll enjoy being on the "W" side of things.

But it could also make it difficult to field a coaching staff. At this point in the year most coaches have their staffs in place. Unless the new coach brings in some loyal coaches it could be difficult to fill out the assistant coaches positions. How many paid assistant coaches does Ludlow traditional have?

I wonder how the Ludlow community feels about this? He didn't have much success there plus backed out on the Scott job 3 years ago. Seems to be an interesting hire to me.:confused:

:lol:So true. Holmes should see improvement over last year. They've had success in the Jr. High league and on the Freshman level. They could very well be competing for the number 3 spot in the district.

He called the offensive for both the JV and Freshman team. both teams combined scored around three Td'S all year.

I was wondering the same thing. Have they begun contacting kids to see who's interested in playing there? Any talks in the other Boone Schools?

Offensive line I do believe. At first I think it was wide recievers but not any more.

They do draw from all over. But so do the other high profile teams in NKY.

I don't get that either. Good for him. At least he'll be part of a winning program with a bright future. Maybe it is a blessing that he "resigned". Besides coaches go where they're wanted and will feel part of the team.
