Tough for a kid to play both soccer and football (not just kick but play). Looking over the basketball roster seems like many of those kids play or have played football. Same with baseball/track I beleieve (although in track many of the runners are on the CC team). Again the urban legend that Scott High is over run with athletes is a myth -I believe.

He was seen in the building the other day. I heard the job was offered to him and he would give an answer in a few days. Wonder what that means? If you were interested to apply and go though the process, why wouldn't you then accept the job- unless something can up during the process? Wonder what will happen if he turns the job down do you open it up again and start over? (It was down to two coaches this time). Seems like this happened the last time the job can opened.

don't think any offers were made. I do know there was an interview on Wednesday and one on Thursday. Seems the power to be is holding it close to the vest on who his choice is.

just saying the times I've been at Scott I don't see all the athletes that some claim to be walking the halls.

I don't think it's been coaching the last 30 years. I question all the Athletes walking around the hall not playing(was there a little bit ago and didn't see any;)I was expecting to see the Monsters of the midway the way people talk about the halls of Scott High School:eek:) They're needs to be total dedication from the players and the coaches.

A couple of good canidates, no one really outstanding. So those four will be given a second interview. Should know something this week.

get a coach, get in the weightroom, get assistant coaches, find the players in the hallways. Maybe not in that order but...........

and a very good opionion But then again it was the principal who made the call on firing Coach Fisk without input from anyone

1st round of interviews are over, some will be called back for a second interview. There is a committee of principal, staff, parents, and players but the principal will pick the coach

One was a former head coach in Covington that went to Richmond to coach, one is a middle school coach who wears "championship" rings (he’s been telling people since September he was the next coach:rolleyes:), ones a small college defensive coordinator, and the rest are current assistances in NKY Not that I'm naming any names:sssh:
