I have been in a couple of situations where I was more than happy to see the A-10 coming in. Can never complain about the help.

This is in the process of changing as we speak. They had a Brigade that was just activated there and a mjor command is also moving there from from farther north. It should increase the number of Soldiers who have young men to help improve the program.

I agree Bill. As much as Antonio provides the Falcons, there are many other great players on the team that performs great every week. The reson the Falcons lead the state in points scored and points allowed (regardless of the class) is not because of Antonio alone, but the team as a whole, which includes the great coaching from Coach Berner and staff.

60% chance of rain and scattered thunderstorms expected at Fort Campbell, but we will be in Owensboro for hte night. The weather should not effect us to much, our guys do good at running or passing so the strategy shouldn't have to change to much for us.

Heading into the last district game for Fort Campbell, here are Antonio Andrews numbers so far. After eight (partial) games: 8 wins, 0 losses 49/69 passing (71%), 743 yards, 15.16 ypc, 13 TDs, 1 INT 69 rushes, 977 Yards, 14.16 YPC, 19 TDs 3 PATs 195 total points (passing, rushing, PATs) [117 points rushing & PATs] 7 Solo Tackles, 2 Assisted Tackles (not including #’s from Week 6 vs. Warren Central) 1 Interception He has also done some kickoffs/punts, but I still do not have any numbers on those.

How many of these guys are being looked at by UK? I beleive that UK and WKU both were looking at Andrews.

Some brought up this issue a few years ago with Micah Johnson. He did not announce he was going to UK until after Mr. Football was announced. Not sure how much it has to do with a voter, but I could see it having an influence for some voters and none with others.

So Antonio Andrews is not one of the front runners, nor is he expected to lead the Falcons deep into the playoffs (if not the championship game)? Somebody has been telling me some big 'ol fib all year long.

First two carries were for 6o yd and 45 yd TD runs. He did all of this in the first half as well.

I think that thre will be quite a few of the contenders that will be playing late into the season, bust seeing how voting is done before we are deep into the playoffs, this may not have a significant impact.

Kenwood had also made it pretty deep into the TN playoffs when this two game series was put in writing a little over a year ago. They just haven't doen real well since then.

Quick, not final, stats for Antonio Andrew from last nights game. 8 carries, 189 yards rushing, 3 TDs not sure of passing #s yet, but I know he had an 11-yard TD Toss as well. Will post more when I get it.

How many schools out there use helmet stickers to reward players? What do they use and how many different ones are used by the same school? What do they look like? The school I went to years ago in Arizona used three different ones. Touchdowns got a football, Offense got a star and defense got a hatchet.

I remember when Micah was a Junior and Senior and thought he was rather large at that time. He looks like he has grown in height and weight when I see him now. If I met him in a dark alley, I wouldn't even run because I know he would catch me.

Many think he is already high on the list.
