I can see Simon Kenton having a very good season. Miles Simpson will one of the best running backs in NKY. Also playing in Mediocre division will help them possibly make a run in the playoffs.

If Josh Conner is better at baseball than Luke Maile then consider me Miles Davis.

So is it safe to assume the Colonels will use the same lineup next year, as in Maile then LaFever , due to the fact that their entire lineup is back?

So I guess Darner and Isler, two of the best hitters in NKY, do not provide enough protection?

I have also heard Josh Connor from Highlands was quite the baseball player. On the bright side of things, The Colonels only lose one starter, and thats the DH.

You could say that about any school....These guys chose to not play for a reason..another example would be Bankamper from Beechwood

Your probably thinking of former CovCath DB Joseph Castenada. He has tats on the inside of both biceps.

If you notice, those games are all in the evening, CovCath Practices early in the morning.

Ill Agree with that. I think Nutini can run it up a littler harder then that when he needs to though.

If I am not mistaken, I beleive Nutini throws closer to somewhere in the low 80's. 75 does not seem to do him justice.

Although he is probably a better pitcher, he does swing a pretty potent stick.

Congrats to the Colonels on no easy task, having to play 3 games in one day has to be physically and mentally draining. A few weeks ago I cant imagine that anyone thought the Colonels would be in the finals but the seemed to get their act together late. Im not sure Ryle is 9 runs better then Cov Cath but I would have liked to see this game played with a day of rest to see the real Colonels play. But I am looking forward to seeing the young men on both sides go up to varsity next year and continue the competitive rivalry between the two best programs in NKY.
