Mississippi has 17 commitments (2 4-star recruits, 12 3-stars...average of 2.94). Kentucky has 26 recruits (1 4-star, 21 3-stars for an average of 2.88 per recruit.

I understand he was a good recruiter for UK standards but either way it goes UK will still pull in a plethora of 3-star players that will win an average of 4 games/year over a ten year period. Doesn't matter what recruits come in if they aren't receiving coaching that will elevate their game or get the most out of their potential. Regardless of recruits a large percentage of UK's wins will come from out of conference games. They will still be one of the worst teams in the SEC.
February 16, 201214 yr For once.....this very rare occasion....I agree with Larry Vaught. If an SEC program can't withstand the loss of a position coach then it has problems that can't be fixed.

February 16, 201214 yr Being a good receiver and being able to recruit are two very different things. Tee Martin has the ability and communcations to recruit. UK will have a hard time replacing that...
