I noticed those stats too.

Had Prewitt not fould out with :55 seconds left could have very easily been a different outcome in this one. He was unstoppable the entire game. Indians still had an open shot at the end of the game to win it from Fruth but was unable to connect.

Limited shots due to turnovers.

HC beat Montgomery by 2 on a last second shot last year. I was hoping the Indians would get revenge this year. Still a very good showing against one of the hottest teams in the state.

HC seemed to have limited Handshoe for this game. Prewitt had another huge scoring night.

Henry Clay, No. 7 in the state in Dave Cantrall's Rating the State, got 21 points from Jordan Green and edged Montgomery County 59-57. Montgomery got a game-high 29 points and 12 rebounds from Omar Prewitt. Henry Clay was outshot 57 percent to 45 percent but forced 17 turnovers while committing only six. There were 16 lead changes in a game that saw host Montgomery (19-7) lead by as much as 19 and Henry Clay (20-6) by as much at 14. Darren Tichenor gave Henry Clay a 58-57 lead by hitting a shot with 57 seconds left and Montgomery didn't answer.
