I guess. To me it is picking between two consistent poor programs. I always find it hysterical watching fans of both schools brag about either. Sure things look bright for UL at this particular time, but these things are cyclical for these type teams. Granted, the Big East obviously gives you a cake walk of a path to a potential title game.

This past year was really down, and they still averaged more than UofL could selling out every game.

Be honest with you, I cannot keep up with it. After the departures they will be down to 5 teams, correct? UL, Cincy, S. Florida, Rugers, and UConn. Then they are to add Boise State, San Diego State, Central Florida, SMU, and Houston if I remember correctly? I just assumed that would be subject to review.

Or you can play in the Belks Bowl, what a joke. Plus to add to the discrace, they lost to an ACC lower tier team.

I would agree that UofL is a more attractive destination, if for no other reasons than an eaiser path to a BCS bowl and a rising star in the coaching ranks in Charlie Strong.

Charlie Strong wont be there long. I had the opportunity to meet him adn he is a very stand up guy, unlike the Joke we have at UK

Joker is a good guy, I have seen him in many different athmospheres. He is over his head and can not communicate with players or media.

Cardinal Stadium holds about 55,000. If I remember, Commonwealth holds about 67,000.

Losing WVU hurts, but Boise State is a more than adequate replacement from a football perspective. Houston is fairly comparable to the perpetually underwhelming Pitt over the last 5-6 years. And Syracuse... is still Syracuse.
