February 1, 201214 yr I've done Turbotax the last few years, but my mom got a seasonal job at H&R Block so I'm going to let her do mine this year. I claim 0. I'd prefer the refund feel like free money. :lol: I'll be getting mine done as soon as I get those W2s. Exact same scenario for me, mom got a job at H&R Block probably 5-6 years ago and she's been my tax guru ever since. Last year she came thru huge but I have a feeling I'm likely in a higher bracket this year so I'm just hoping to get back half what I did last year.
February 17, 201214 yr To answer some questions earlier... I just picked up my taxes and it cost me $100 at the accountant's office. Actually it will cost me more since we have to pay this year!
February 17, 201214 yr Im actually on the ball this year, have one S Corp return left before the March 15 deadline for corporates. I might actually get my personal returns done by April 15!!
