Burger continues to play well for HC.

Interesting to see soph Trentman leading Brossart in scoring. He has an extremely high ceiling with his athletic ability.

Brossart loses another tough, close battle. They have yet to learn how to win the close ones.

It would appear that Mr. Campbell did a very good job defending Mr. Jennings.

Tony campbell is the Sultan of Swat, I have never seen someone block or alter so many shots as this kid. All without fouling.

He does a great job at not fouling. Unusually good.

Campbell is a great shot blocker. I think he got his hands on more than 6 that statman claims he had. He also altered at least a dozen other shots. He is a great player who will be playing the next 5 years. I spoke to a couple of teachers last night who both said he is nothing but a fine young man in and out of the classroom too!

I was told NKU likes him a lot. X is going to keep tabs on him just in case he develops into a top-tier talent. Nice future for the kid.

I've said this since seeing him play last year at the Holy Cross frosh tourney. I heard he also had 25 points in 3 quarters of the JV game. They said he single handedly took over the JV game in the second quarter and had 18 of their 21 first half points. The Brossart JV team has only lost one game this year and as frosh only lost one game last year. They have a couple of exciting guards and a few big men. They will give fits to teams over the next couple of years.

Nice win for Holy Cross last night. Sounds like Brossart gave them a run for their money. I still think HC is the team to beat in the 9th!

He may have had more than six, but I want to see any of you keep a stat program by themselves and have no mouse and still get the score right let alone get the other stats. Man, you guys have no idea. And if you can, please be my guest.

I do have a rather good idea of how to do it and it amazes me to see one person try to do all of that even with the help of the laptop program. I have kept stats for teams using video or with the help of several folks keeping manual stats. Interpretations of turnovers, steals, rebounds, missed shots-- all in a blink of an eye makes it impossible to be 100% correct. I did not mean to challange your stats rather point out how Campbell changes a ton of shots throughout the game. Keep up the good work, I for one appreciate your efforts!

You're correct--It is a thankless and very difficult job; and I'm another who appreciates you & your counterparts' efforts.

On a similar note, try keeping stats (individual scoring & type of shot, FT attempts & makes, fouls, game notes for a full game report afterwards, lead changes & running score totals, TO's for each team) the old fashioned way--By Hand; all while operating a computer and announcing a basketball game like Mustang does--Simply amazing!! :notworthy:
