December 19, 201114 yr Is this good or bad for the U.S.? I'd imagine it will be more of the same since that power structure has been in place for over 50 years. The biggest fear obviously is that Kim Jong Eun, the new Fearless Leader (or whatever they call him), starts making eyes at South Korea, but I'd imagine the Chinese don't want war breaking out in their backyard and will do what's necessary to keep that from happening.

December 19, 201114 yr They look at Kim Jong II as a god as much as the leader of their country. 50 years of brain washing will do that. The population has very little contact with the world outside of North Korea.

The news mentioned that the Chinese are petrified by the thought of millions of refugees flooding Chinese borders if war in North Korea broke out.
