December 16, 201114 yr Had a big cleanup for Christmas around the house with my roommates last night. They are both Food Channel junkies, and started talking about the show "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" while we were all cleaning. For those of you not familiar with the show, they just have a topic like "best comfort food" for each episode, and they go around and do a segment with each of a handful of the hosts from any of the various Food Channel hosts, and they each tell what the best comfort food they ever ate was and what restaurant it came from. Soooooo anyway, last night my roommate asked the other two of us to name the number one best hors d'oeuvre, entree, and dessert we've ever had. I'm still thinking on the answer at this point, so I'll ask the BGP foodies out there: What is the best hors d'oeuvre, entree, and dessert you've ever had? Restaurant dishes are preferable (so we can potentially go try them for ourselves), but if you must, you can give us your "mom's meatloaf" homemade food answers.

December 16, 201114 yr Author Precinct. I'm with 'ya there. I've been there twice. Had the New York strip both times, and loved it. The second time I was there I had a bite of the Jeff Ruby's Jewel filet from one of the folks I was with to compare the two. I'd take the strip every time.
