Mustangs overcome a first-quarter 12-8 deficit, go on a 14-0 second period run, open a 31-22 halftime lead and never look back in posting our fourth victory of the young season.

If allowed to play to their comfort level, they play well in their 1/2 court sets and can put points on the board.

Lack depth and will wear down if pressured.

They play a 3-2 zone which provides opportunities for your perimeter shooters.

As with all Bracken County teams they play extremely hard, and don't back down.

Grant Crawford and Josh Cummins are nice players.

Thanks, I know they have always had hard playing teams who entered tourneys a few yrs back and Crawford and Cummins are a couple of names I remember.

Congrats on the victory.

Bracken may be down but never count them out............they provide an upset or two but they just don't have the horses to

compete consistently.

The starting 5 for Bracken are solid. Absolutley no depth though. Brossart ran kids in and out and it wore on the Polar Bears. Not to mention Brossart's starting point guard did not play. :D Bracken hosts the All A 10th this year and could be trouble for some in the Polar Dome.

The younger kids for Brossart continue to step up. Verst had 17 last night in place of Uebel. Burns subbed in for Jennings last night and played a monster game.

This is also the 20th anniversary of Brackens 1992 Class A regional title...won at Bracken Co. What better way to celebrate that event with their 3rd championship.

Love the gym, hate the parking.

Congrats to Brossart on their continued success!

we can agree to disagree on that one. It's way too sterile for me. I'll take the old gym, please.

Also was a bad place for parking and hard to get out of after the game, usually parked in front of the courthouse or along the street and walked, easier to get out that way.

Benches were along the sideline as long as I can remember back. I never thought parking was an issue, until it came time to leave.

A bad location for any tournament.............poor parking, and no place to eat and relax away from the gym between games.

The closest place to go get that tummy full is about 15 minutes down the road to the best hospitality in the 10th Region(only if) Robin Kelsch will open up his concessions on the stage at Augusta High. That dude got it going on with the variety when Atown host games. Maybe since they are in the same county, a trade out could be worked on.
