November 26, 201114 yr I didnt see the end. What did Les do? Like what HT said above plus in the 4th up 38-14 with 6 minutes left LSU was passing. It was semi tactical on Miles part in case they were to lose to Georgia and was talked off as such by the announcers. On said drive LSU ended up kicking a FG for their last score of the game with a few minutes left. Honestly as good as LSU is I think Petrino was embarrased, his team got outscored 41-3 after being up 14, a lot of that has to fall on coaching.
November 26, 201114 yr People jumped me on the game thread when I said #7 DB was not the best DB/Safety in the West, in fact on his team. Clarksdale grades out much better and its not me saying this. Also Mark Barren #4 for Bama is also better. Again not me saying this. But I agree with the experts, even Gary /Verne said it about Clarksdale. #7 won't even make it in the pros. Too small for the NFL. In fact Eric Reid is also better. My head is just fine. You do realize that the Honey Badger is a true sophomore and not eligible for the draft? He wouldn't be graded. As for being too small, at worst he'll play the Charles Woodson role of hybrid Safety-Corner-Nickel. A guy that instinctive will have someone find a spot for him IMO. As for the best draftable DB in the SEC it is Claiborne. As you would say, "that's not me saying that".
November 26, 201114 yr Small guys return punts for TDs all the time, I have heard his team mates are better and when I watch I agree with them. His teammates are also older. Mathieu is only a true soph. meaning he will only get better.
November 26, 201114 yr Never should have been in the picture. Paper tiger. When compared to 'Bama and LSU, yes. Yet, they still may very well be the third best team in the country. The score of this one didn't surprise me. The fact that Arkansas had a 14-0 lead at one point did.
