AC hit SW in the mouth and kept hitting. The Warrior head coach was ejected after disputing an obvious defensive pass interference call. After ejection he gave the bird to the AC stands as he walked off the field, embarrassing (even some fans on that side were waving bye to him).

Congrats to the alma mater, just wish they weren't facing the school a lot of the youth I work with go to! Good luck Bearcats, you've already made us proud!

I thought it was the D coordinator.

Great job Peacho!!! Took over a really bad program many years ago and has turned them into a power! Had success everywhere he's been and has shown he has a proven plan to take programs to the top! Good luck against BG!

It was the D Coordinator, Jim Girdler. He is as intense as it gets during a game. Sounds like the pressure may have gotten the best of, not just Girdler but, the entire Warrior team. Congratulations to them on a magical ride after what they have gone through this season.

Sorry about misidentifying him. Just went off what was tweeted out by some of the sports writers,

Thought SW would be more competitive than this.....I am sorry to hear about what the Def Coord did...hope it does not taint the wonderful ride the SW team had after the most difficult of circumstances...this coach was selfish to do this if it is true....you don't give the bird to fans and refs when your leading young men and a program...

It is true. I witnessed this. Seems to me he was just mad because of bad play calling by the SW staff. Why do you go for it on fourth down the first three or four posessions of the game from near mid field? Made the finger incident look even worse IMO. Dont matter how intense he is he should lose his job for that.

I can understand the emotion of a big game but to do that with your finger to refs and opposing fans is garbage and embarrasing for the program, especially after such a great run for the SW fans and kids. SELFISH coach he should be ashamed of himself.

If the coach did indeed say and do what is being reported then the two games that is normal is insufficient.

If I were the principal I'd have to think long and hard about having the guy back at all.

If this is true then the coach should not be back next season, intensity or not that is inexcusable.

Your right on Clyde and JOE....you just can't do that kind of stuff...period..

Someone posted on another site that the coach has been let go for next season. Don't have anything to back it up, just read that elsewhere.
