November 14, 201114 yr Going 2/8 Tim T showed today how dangerous using a win/loss record to judge QBs is. They didn't win because of Tim T. They won despite Tim T.
November 14, 201114 yr Author But they won. Right. He was 2/8. Let that sink in. They played a TERRIBLE team. They barely won. Are we to say they won BECAUSE of Tebow?
November 14, 201114 yr Author Did the Bears win today because of Cutler? Didn't see the game. Can't answer that. Irrelevant to my question though and maybe backs up my point. Using W/L to judge a QB is silly.
November 14, 201114 yr Author Did the Ravens win a Super Bowl because of Trent Dilfer? And Westsider proves my point.

Your point is only valid IMO if you also have to worry about him passing. You do not with TT. Again, he threw 8 passes. 3 of those were with 90 seconds left in the first half . He is not a NFL starting QB.
