Let's assume all they knew was he was questioned and didn't read the report (highly doubtful). Then the 02 incident happens. How are no dots connected? One of them admitted to the grand jury that the stories were very similar and that the 02 incident as little as they knew about it was a crime. How was he ever allowed on the campus again? How is the only answer don't bring any more kids around?

See my post above, I am challenging one specific statement. As I said, Paterno has admitted to knowing.

Do they have to know what the answers were? They know the questioning was done by the child protection agency. They know he was accused of at the very minimum touching a naked child in their shower. They admitted the 02 incident even just as touching is a crime. Boom. Lifetime ban and call the cops.

Sure, post 281. I read that as his statment being enough that we don't have to wait for all the facts to come out. In other words, closing the book on everyone. I'm challenging if that one statement would be enough not to wait for a complete investigation, even one 13 years too late.
