If Boyle is going to win a title they need to blow out the likes of Knox, correct?

Probably. But I don't think their going to win the title. I believe they had two or three costly turnovers that kept them from putting the game away. Have to clean that up.

That is all we need to know g9.

Good win Rebels. Have to cut down on the fumbles. I think we had 4. 3 of those were within the 5 yard line. Should have had a few more scores, but a win is a win. BTW, who is #4 for Knox? He looked like a heck of an athlete.

Had they not fumbled 3 times inside the 5 the score would have been more like 42-14 and the question would be moot.

BTW Knox Central was Co-Champion of their District with Rockastle and Russell County. They were a 3 seed based on points. Had to be one of the better 3 seeds around.

True. I talked with a guy tonight about Boyle's likely run through the playoffs. It could potentially be:

Knox Central (Home)

@ Rockcastle County

@ Lexington Catholic

Highlands (Home)

That definitely has to be the toughest bracket for a team ranked #4 in the state.

If ifs and buts were candy and nuts every day would be Xmas.

I thought if the Highlands game about it would be at Highlands.I hope I am wrong.

I always heard it as: "we'd all have a Merry Xmas."

Nope, whoever wins down here hosts that side of the eastern bracket.

No. Boyle/Catholic/Rockcastle are Region 3, while Highlands/Cov Cath are Region 4. It's an odd year so the winner of Region 4 has to travel to the winner of Region 3 in the state semifinals.

We would have a Merry Xmas!
