No....There was a running clock in the 2nd quarter..The jv and frosh played the whole 2nd half..The last td was caused by frosh mlb Patrick Schoef causing a fumble and another HHS player picking it up in the endzone..It was pretty cool to see some of the frosh play last night..

 

So to follow these post regarding the game, the game became a LTI game for HHS last night. A couple Frosh ILB's got good quality minutes the second half. And the 4th saw another 13 or so Freshman play.

:lol: I don't know if the two schools in my county have 105 kids total Pee-wee through High School.

Roughly 38 frosh moved up...making it a total of 120 boys on the official HHS roster. Lots of blue jerseys on that field last night. Always fun to see the LTI series! Frosh P. Schoepf had a nice game at LB last night in his first varsity game. Thought he might get the trifecta with his sack that caused a fumble that led to a defensive TD. However, Joe Paolucci recovered it for the score.

The number I heard on the sideline was 35 freshmen dressed. Can't vouch for the accuracy of that number though.

Quick question for those who were in the stands. Before the game, they made an announcement and there was a moment of silence. Does anyone know what that was about? We can't hear the speakers over on the old crows' nest, and some of us were wondering.

Moment of silence was in honor of Gail Federle. She passed away this week. Gail was a current member of the Fort Thomas Independent School Board and a former HHS site based council parent rep.
