From what I have seen, I believe that Newport beating Owen County would be a pretty big upset. I know that Owen plays in a weaker district, but they are better than they get credit for. Their passing game is solid.

Playing at home may be all the edge they need, but I think Boyle County has a dangerous first round game against Knox Central.

Letcher over Linclon, Danville over Prestonsburg, Middlesboro over Leslie. All these are likely upsets.!!!!

I was surprised with their size too. I know that a lot of people talk about the big receiver or tight end that they have, but when I watched them play, it seemed to me that three or four others could catch the ball well too.

#45 Klette is big strong runner and linebacker. He is seldom used as a runner due to them throwing alot but when he does he is tough to bring down. I think they could go double tight end and muscle other teams as well but I have not seen them do that.

I agree with you I am curious as well, I know bracken is much improved but what makes you think they can beat a pretty good Bellevue team on the road? I don't see this one being close let alone Bracken winning.

Manual should definitely win, and Male probably has at least a 60/40 chance of a victory.

 

Although Meade County is a higher seed, the pressure is on them. This is a chance for Meade to knock off a Louisville power, even though Male is clearly down this year.
