They did throw out of it some and still ran some as well. I think the point of it is to give Hayes a way of getting the ball in space. I have said all season that Deholf should be the QB, and in week 9, he finally is. What will they do from this point on? I don't know, but I have to say that their version of the spread is probably the best way for Russell to win.

I think their shotgun formation gives them a little better look pass wise, but I don't think the Devils will ever be airing it out. I think playing both QBs may be something Russell will look into for the rest of the season, its two totally different looks back there.

I believe they will be looking to get the football to Hayes on the corner, open on the flat and/or basically will use different looks to try and utilize his speed be it from the gun, out of a "wildcat" type look or as a reciever.

O.K. Rams, should anyone have to say anything to you to get you fired up for this game then we are in some deep trouble! All that needs to be said is this is .........................................

We played Raceland in the grid, and Russell two weeks ago. I know Raceland has improved from the first of the season. Russell players hate to lose and hung half a hundred on East Carter this past week. Neither team is perfect, and they both have things to work on (not much though). Should be a great game

In the grid game two of our best players didn't dress. IMO our best runningback and defensive back. And our maybe fastest and best receiver/D-back/runningback. This surly would have made a big difference in that game.

I bet the RAMS hate to lose just as bad. But I think I know what you are trying to say. Should be a great game.

No doubt we will have to go out and play our best to beat the devils. And I for one believe it will happen.
