Doc I Believe that it is 3 of 4 since the series has been renewed. At any rate, this one hopefully will be a good one, imo Russell should be the favorite this year but as they say "that's why they play the game".

I would agree that Russell should be the favorite. But, the great thing about this game is, the favorite doesn't always win. No matter who wins, I think this will be a great game and I can't wait.

My bad, I knew we started back in '07. Don't pick on me too much, I did graduate from Greenup you know. Math was not a requirement graduate.

Russell has to win this season, have to feel for their seniors who have never beaten Raceland. The spread was a tactic to get Raceland thinking about defending, come on Ivan's going to line up in the wing-t, win or lose. Once he retires, there is always a chance they will pursue Racelands coach, especially if they keep beating them.......Russell 38-22.

Nice try helper. You bash Coach Maynard last week and now you think he wil be wooed to take over the reigns and follow Coach McGlone? And you also stated last week that kids would leave Raceland to Russell for next year? You guys need to quit being so fixated on what Raceland has and fix what you have. For this to continue to be a rivalry, Russell needs to win every once in a while. Speaking of winning, Russell better win this year because it will be a long time before they have a chance of winning in this series after 2011, assuming Russell continues to renew the contract......JMO

:lol:DH...I have to give you credit, a couple of weks ago it was the infamous video, then it was Raceland players transferring to Russell, now it is Raceland's coach going to Russell. Danged if you're not consistant. I don't know who or what you are trying to catch but there is nothing biting here. :popcorn:

 

I could give a list of "what if's" and "why's" certain things are happening at Rusell but it 1.) has no bearing on this thread 2.) Seems to me that the more someone talks all these rumors,etc.., the more they are fishing for something. 3.) Someone that does know about something keeps it to themselves or withn the concerned parties involved,

A good fisherman doesn't tell or give away any info on what is really going on and I am a very good fisherman, just sayin'. :sssh:

:thumb: Should be a good one. I hope that our Rams will be at full strength this week or at least as close to it as can be. This one is big rivalry that has been renwed after Raceland was begging for it since the mid 80's. The Russell game will be another good prep for the playoffs.I hope that both teams stay injury free in this one.

I have never seen a Russell fan so worried aboiut Raceland.
