Your thoughts and predictions.

I predict that it will be interesting to see Manual sized up against an opponent who isn't off the charts of what Kentucky football can test.

St X is very good, a very nice QB and backs run hard. They throw the ball with well ran patterns. They have a very well coached team. Their lines are also well coached. I have yet to see Manual, but I hear good things over at their school. Lets wait and see how it turns out.

Having seen both teams play the last two weeks I think they are VERY evenly matched. While T had a bigger margin against Manual, you cannot discount the rivalry factor of the X game. I voted for X because I think they will win, but if they play this game 20 times I only see X winning 11 or 12 of them. If either team wins by more than 2 TDs it will be a nice stepping stone for them as the playoffs approach.

If War is unable to play for Manual that will be a huge loss. If the St. X team that played against Male keeps improving, I would see them winning 18 or 19 out of 20 games.

Early tough schedule and conditioning prove to be too much for the Crimsons. Manual has too many kids going both ways and X is able to stay fresh. Final: Tigers 35 Crimsons 10 (If stud back plays add 10 more, but I hear it is day to day)

you sure about that? barring an upset @ Maxwell Field this friday it seems like T will be playing Male in the first round & whichever one of X/M survives in the second round, correct?

I think the 2rd place team in this district would not play the 1st place team of this district until the 3rd round of the playoffs.

 

So, second place will be huge.

What district is the Trinity, St X, Male & Manual district matched up with in the playoffs?

The super district is paired up with the Central Hardin, Meade County, Nelson County district. The 5th place team in the NKY 6A district will be the 4 seed and will win a trip to the winner of the super district to open the playoffs.

X won 38-7 last year. doesn't sound low scoring to me.
