Phillies get one run on a tailor made double play ball that eats up Wilson. 1 out, 3-2 score, two on.

They got a double play on the next batter at least, but it cost them a run. 3-2 Braves into the bottom of the seventh.

The Astros just got their first hit.

I'm getting a little irritated hearing these announcers say that the ump called Bourn out on him coming off the bag on that failed steal of third. The ump was clearly making the out call before that, and the tag wasn't even still applied when he came off. That ump called him out (wrongly IMO) on the initial slide.

Infield RBI by Freese, and the Cards are up 7-0.

Venters loads the bases, but K's Ibanez to keep it 3-2. It'll be Kimbrel time in the 9th.

Kimbrel is close to putting the cherry on top of this season, allowing a hit and two walks to load the bases with one out and Utley coming up. Unbelievable.

And a sac fly ties it. Might as well have a blown save. Now look at all the RISP wasted. The blown double play ball by Wilson that allowed a run.

Kimbrel walks another one to reload the bases, and in comes Medlen.

Part of me just wants to say you know what, end it now. Just end it. This is so pathetic.

Love it!

You're really pulling for the Cards to make it? I know some of the Reds fans have (what I consider) a weird hate for the Braves, but I didn't think you'd basically be pulling for the Cards to make it in.

The Braves get out of the second jam, and they'll try to pick up the pieces in the bottom of the ninth.

The Braves go 1-2-3 in the bottom of the ninth.

This is where I get off. I've seen this movie before. Hopefully the Braves pull it out, but I personally doubt it.

Just to give some coverage to the other race, the Yankees are throttling the Rays 7-0 while Boston and Baltimore are in a delay with a 3-2 Boston lead. Unless Baltimore can rally, it looks like the Sox take that one down.

7-0 Yanks when I turned the game on. It's now 7-6 with the Rays batting.
