Birds up 14-0 at half and were outscored 20-0 after halftime..Boone was huge up front. A couple turnovers and everything changed..Boone ran a fumble back for a td.. I was impressed with Moss and #51 for Boone..

What??? I am stunned by this. Boone barely eeked out a win over Ryle last week? When was the last Baby Bird loss against a NKY team?

I think a few years back to this years Beechwoods seniors in the frosh championship??

Boone won the game up front in my opinion.. Moss for being in the 8th grade is a stud..I believe he caused the fumble that was ran back. HHS backs and wideouts need to know when to get out of bounds instead of getting killed..Also a ton of late whistles on both sides. Refs need to blow whistles much earlier than what they were..

What is the story behind #12 for Highlands? Big kid.

Also, why was 85 not in on the last play?

#12 is Todd Ramey.. He was Newport Firefighters qb last year. He has a shoulder/neck injury..85 was cramping up..

Who would the QB be if he was healthy?

Congrats to the Rebels.

To add to the above, Boone had a touchdown called back and Highlands stopped Boone once inside the 5 and a muffed punt set up Highlands second touchdown. Either team could have won the game but at the same time Boone could have won by a couple more touchdowns.

Highlands has a nice team, Hoge is a solid Frosh QB and #85 is a stud.
