The first glaring omission that I see is no Cameron Vocke!! I think he would have been the states leading rusher last year if he wasn't pulled early(classy move).

 

This year he could lead the state in rushing also, if his coach had the mentality of a certain mountain teams coach.

He definitely got slighted. Very, very good talent.

Alex Mattingly at St.X is way under the radar and one of the best running and throwing QB's in the state. Great arm and quick feet which Simon Kenton clearly found out in the first half Friday. Keep an eye on this kid's numbers and see how far he carries the Tigers.

 

I really hope to be able to watch the Tigers play this year. I know the Tigers and their fans think that some have under estimated how good X will be this year. My guess is that a lot of the X players are already sick and tired of hearing about T and how good they are (again) this year. When do X and T play this year? If I don't have a schedule conflict, I may have to try and convince Henry that she and I need to take a little road trip to Louisville. Something is telling me that the game may be a heck of a lot closer than a lot of people predict.

I really like the addition of Brady Hightchew to Beechwood's roster.

 

Not only that, he keeps growing each week! He cant be taller than 5'10" or did he grow over the summer?

Tyson Williams 6'4" 245 TE/ LB should be in top 50. Williams is only a Jr and has several Colleges looking at him.
