I hope you're right but until he is physically ok why not put him in the long relief role and bring Volquez back up? EV can't do any worse than Arroyo has lately.

For. I'm more of the belief that whether or not the young guys get a chance is on Walt, not Dusty.

I HIGHLY doubt that Walt would affect the lineup card to that degree. I think that's a Dusty call alone. Now, I think Walt could hit Dusty up on his cell and tell him who is going to be in the lineup, but doesn't, IMO.

^ May very well be, but I assume that if Walt is going to call up prospects (like Cozart, Alonso, etc.), he's going to let Dusty know whether or not the team wants to see what they can do or if they're up to simply be a body on the bench.
